Alpha Water Conditioning Co. warrants to the original owner, that:

•   for a period of one year after manufacture, the entire water conditioning product will be free from defects in material and workmanship;
•   for a period of ten years after manufacture , the fiberglass mineral tank will not rust, corrode, leak, burst, or in any other manner fail to perform its proper function;
•   for a period of five years after manufacture , the brine tank will not rust, corrode, leak, burst, or in any other manner fail to perform its proper function;
•   for a period of five years after manufacture , the valve will be free from defects in material and workmanship.

If, during the respective warranty period, a part proves, after inspection by Alpha Water Conditioning Co., to be defective, Alpha Water Conditioning Co. will, at its sole option repair or replace that part at no charge, other than normal shipping, installation or service charges.

To obtain warranty service, notice must be given within thirty (30) days of the discovery of the defect to the dealer the unit was purchased from.

The above warranties are effective provided the water conditioning product is operated at water pressures not exceeding 120 psi,, and at water temperatures not exceeding 100 degrees F; provided further that the water conditioning product is not subject to abuse, misuse, alteration, neglect, freezing, accident or negligence; and provided further that the water conditioning product is not damaged as the result of any unusual force of nature such as, but not limited to, flood, hurricane, tornado or earthquake. Should the water characteristics of the water supply so materially change as to adversely affect the operation of the water conditioning product, this warranty is void. Alpha Water Conditioning Co. is excused if failure to perform its warranty obligations is the result of strikes, government regulation, materials shortages, or other circumstances beyond its control.

THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES ON THE WATER CONDITIONING PRODUCT BEYOND THOSE SPECIFICALLY DESCRIBED ABOVE. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE DISCLAIMED TO THE EXTENT THEY MIGHT EXTEND BEYOND THE ABOVE PERIODS. THE SOLE OBLIGATION OF ALPHA WATER CONDITIONING CO. UNDER THESE WARRANTIES IS TO REPLACE OR REPAIR THE COMPONENT OR PART WHICH PROVES TO BE DEFECTIVE WITHIN THE SPECIFIED TIME PERIOD, AND ALPHA WATER CONDITIONING CO. IS NOT LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES. NO DEALER, AGENT, REPRESENTATIVE, OR OTHER PERSON IS AUTHROIZED TO EXTEND OR EXPAND THE WARRANTIES

 Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty last or exclusions or limitations of incidental or consequential damage, so the limitations and exclusions in this warranty may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. This warranty applies to consumer-owned installations only.
